When will classes be suspended ? What is the forecast of duration of this emergency recess and how will the classes be restored?
The recess school that takes place annually in the month of July was anticipated in 2020. Will the CEUs’ equipment and activities function normally ?
From 03.20.2020 are suspended all the activities inside and outside of CEUs equipped aimed to users , without exception . In this way, the equipment will remain closed to the public for its usual programming and activities.
Will there be any kind of assistance for children enrolled in CEIs?
The care for children 0-3 years already enrolled in the Municipal School is restricted only to cases in which the parents or guardians act in the areas of health , safety , assistance and social serv the funeral . For these cases , the child are not at the Center Education Child (CEI) which she attends regularly , one time it will be organized Care Emergency Facilities in specific units . I don’t know what my child’s EOL number is. What can I do?
The School Online Code (EOL) is the number of identification of students enrolled in schools of the Municipal Education Network ( Municipality of São Paulo), it is the same used to check the Bulletin On Line and make the application of the uniform . In addition , we will have a TV channel, the result of a partnership with TV Cultura and the State Department of Education , which will make content available ; increasing the opportunity of access to the contents school . We know that many students of the São Paulo Municipal Network not have access to the internet or to technologies . What is the strategy of the Department of Municipal Education to ensure their learning process?
We have more than 1 million of students in our schools and we know the difficulties of access to technologies and digital platforms in their homes. Therefore , the main teaching and learning strategy created by the Department of Municipal Education at this time of interruption of school attendance will be the use of books printed for study at home, the study material by the name ” Tracks of Learning “. They will be printed and delivered to the homes of all the students by the Post Office . The material will ensure that all have access to the same content and activities , according to their age and stage of education . There are also guidelines for the parents and tips of how to organize a study routine of two hours per day for at least two months . The notebooks must be handed over to the teachers on their return to school. All the contents respect what is already provided in the Curriculum of the City of São Paulo.
The Municipality Municipal de São Paulo, through the Secretariat of Municipal Education is conducting the transfer of financial resource monthly as a way to ensure the regular supply to students in situation of social vulnerability , regularly enrolled in the Municipal Network of Education (RME). The resource available should be used exclusively for acquisition of genres of food , as the Normative Instruction SME No. 14 dated 02 April 2020 has established, which sets out the actions , criteria and rules of alternative service to the supply to the students of RME in order to endure the situation of emergency in reason of the pandemic of COVID-19 (Coronavirus ), according to Decree No. 59,283 / 2020.

What is this “ Food Card ” benefit ?
It is the transfer of financial resources aimed at acquiring the meals of students regularly enrolled in the Educational Units of the Direct and Partner Network of the Municipal Secretariat of Education of the PMSP, also registered in the “ Bolsa Família Program ”. The students with the right to Food Card were identified among all the students of the Municipal Education (RME), also those who have an active status in the program Bolsa Familia informed by SMADS ( Municipal Secretariat of Assistance and Social Development.) The identification took place by means of convering n directly the number NIS (Number of Social Identification ) or the information Name of full and date of birth of the student , besides the full name of the Mother of the student.
How the delivery of these cards will be made?

How to unlock the card?

Where to find the guidelines to purchase food?
Besides the card , the fam lies may consult on the website of SME with information on nutrition orientation, recommendation of more healthy food , the kinds of food that should be avoided ( wafers stuffed , embedded , among others) and the prohibited items ( drinks alcohol , cigarettes , etc.).
I have two ( or more children ), will I receive two cards?
No, the card is assigned by the responsibl, so that one person who is as responsible for two or more children will receive only one card.
What is the amount credited to those who have more than one child?
The value transfered is the sum of the values corresponding to each child linked the person responsible . Thus, having two children in elementary generates one credit of R $ 110.00 (R $ 55.00 for each child ), have one son in Nursery and the other in Pre -School, generate u m credit of R $ 164.00 (R $ 101 , 00 for the Creche and R $ 63.00 for the Pre- School).
I am not a beneficiary of the Bolsa Família Program and my son is not a student of the Municipal Education Network , am I entitled to the food card?
No, because you do not attend any of the criteria.

I got the card and I have two kids, but there’s only credit for my oldest son?
